SRC Infrastructure is pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the ESPO Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice & Management Services Framework (2664), enabling public-sector organisations across London, the East of England and the Midlands to access SRC’s professional services.
The framework is available to local authorities, central government bodies, NHS and emergency services, education providers, registered charities and social landlords, and is designed to support projects at every stage of the lifecycle — from early feasibility and asset planning through to construction delivery and handover.
Through the framework, SRC can provide a range of advice and management services, including project and programme management, engineering management services including architectural, building surveying, health and safety advisory services and asset management.
SRC’s appointment to the framework reflects our growth as we continue to diversify our client base, supporting more public-sector clients with the planning, management and delivery of safe and sustainable built-environment projects.
“This appointment provides a clear and efficient route for public-sector organisations to access to our property and infrastructure expertise. The framework aligns well with the type of work we deliver day-to-day, supporting clients at every stage of the project lifecycle. We look forward to continuing to work collaboratively with public-sector partners across multiple regions.” – Kieran Burns, Portfolio Manager.
