The end of the financial year 2023/24 marks yet another milestone in our journey as our 5-year strategy comes to completion and we celebrate our 20-year anniversary. It’s an opportune moment to reflect on our achievements, acknowledge our challenges, and set our sights on the path ahead. We were delighted to welcome many of our people and clients to celebrate our 20-year anniversary in September. We are privileged to work alongside so many exceptional professionals, delivering great value in the infrastructure industry.
The past year has been exciting, rewarding, and fulfilling, both in terms of our company’s growth, our projects, and most importantly, our people’s development and growth. We have witnessed several of our key people promoted to more challenging roles and our overall headcount has increased from 145 to over 200 in just the past year. Moreover, we are pleased to announce that our Gross Revenue has reached just under £21 million, marking another significant milestone.
We have successfully completed numerous projects across diverse sectors, surpassing expectations and establishing new benchmarks for excellence. Our focus on local authorities and housing associations has begun to yield results, with more opportunities gradually materialising. Our commitment to delivering tailored solutions, rooted in profound industry insights and cutting-edge expertise, has earned us the trust and confidence of our clients in established areas such as Rail, as well as in new areas such as the Housing Sector.
In closing, let us approach the new financial year with optimism, determination, and a renewed sense of purpose. Our focus in the coming 5 years will be in diversification of our client base outside the Rail sector and outside UK’s South. We aim to ensure that the quality of our service to existing clients remains paramount. To achieve this, we are restructuring our operational approach to a more portfolio-based delivery, ensuring that our current delivery teams remain focused on current obligations without being distracted by future growth aspirations.

On that regard, I want to thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment. Together, we will build on our successes, tackle our opportunities head-on, and write the next chapter of our remarkable journey.
