SRC is pleased to announce that we have been appointed as the Principal Designer and Structural/Civil Engineering Partner for Watford Community Housing’s Herts, Beds, and Bucks Development Services Framework for the next four years. As part of this vital role, SRC is conducting critical civil inspections of buildings to detect the presence of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC), an essential step in ensuring the safety and longevity of these structures.
Watford Community Housing is dedicated to making a positive impact by providing better homes and supporting their communities. Working closely with tenants, they aim to enhance housing, offer high-quality services, and inspire positive community development. Our inspections will support their mission by identifying potential structural risks and ensuring safer homes for residents.
SRC is overseeing non-intrusive surveys to meticulously assess the buildings and produce comprehensive reports for the client.
