Unlocking commercial value

By introducing a unified, data-led void management process, we improved governance clarity and accelerated decision-making across approximately 50 retail units. The new framework strengthened approval efficiency, enabled £2.5m of coordinated investment, and reduced delays between vacancy and activation.

The result was a more transparent, commercially responsive portfolio — increasing revenue potential while embedding sustainability and social value into retail activation strategies.

The SRC Approach

Designed end-to-end retail lifecycle process with single verified data source.
